Karl is a highly respected builder throughout Australia and brings over 23 years of contruction and entrepreneurial experience to Point Developments. Karl is also a founder and director of 6 other companies, including the globally awarded Eco Beach Wilderness Retreat, Australian Eco Constructions, Muway Constructions and Eco Structures Australia.
Murray Johnson
Project Manager (Finance)
Murray has held senior management positions throughout a 28 year career in banking and finance, with 10 years as a business lending manager based in Broome and brings a wealth of experience to the company in all facets of property finance from personal mortgages to major project funding.
Adam Lucas
Project Manager
With a broad understanding of northern and remote housing and construction, Adam brings an unique skill set to the Point team. Having worked for iconic WA companies including Zorzi Builders and the Alcock Brown-Neaves Group , Adam later became Project Manager with Department of Housing and now possesses an intimate understanding of government, private and public housing issues.

Giles brings to the company more than a decade of highly successful development consultancy and project marketing within London's super competitive real estate sector. Now a resident of Broome, Giles is also credited with creating and managing the successful launch-marketing campaign for the award winning Eco Beach, now a globally recognized eco-tourism destination.
