Over the past 20 years, our directors have built an enviable reputation for completing remote project developments throughout north-west WA. Our expertise in this highly challenging environment is especially valued by both private corporations and government departments who seek to provide their staff with high quality accommodation.

Our strong social ethos and experience in the north-west has seen us build lasting relationships with indigenous corporations and enabled us to develop projects which have allowed communities to prosper through both regeneration and employment opportunities.

Whilst the company is entirely able to self- fund projects, we also seek to work in conjunction with landowners through joint venture partnerships to develop high quality property suited to the particular location, environment and needs of mutual clients.

To do this, we have created a unique partnering model (Point Partnering Program) which is specifically designed to provide land owners in the north-west with an experienced, strong and reliable partner to capitalise on their property development opportunities.
