Point Developments (WA) Pty Ltd is located in the cosmopolitan town of Broome, Western Australia and is directly linked to three highly successful construction companies:

A multi-award winning building company which has successfully developed residential and commercial real estate in the North West for over 23 years.

Muway Constructions

A partnership formed with the Bunaba people to develop affordable and practical housing for government and community projects around Fitzroy Crossing.

Eco Structures Australia

A developer of cost effective environmentally sustainable accommodation products to service remote area locations and create affordable housing.

How We Got Here

In 1986, Karl Plunkett founded AEC to develop residential, commercial and tourism projects throughout the north-west of WA. A fundamental principle adopted by the company was to focus on ecologically sustainable designs and building practices whilst retaining a strong socio-economic ethos.

In the past 10 years alone, AEC has won 24 awards for projects covering a diverse range of construction styles - from single storey houses, multi-storey apartment buildings, subdivisions, industrial complexes, resort developments and office refurbishments.

Point Developments was launched in 2010. A fully integrated property development company, it also serves as an amalgamation of AEC, Muway Constructions and Eco Structures. Point provides a full service project development and delivery model, from site identification through to completion of construction and sale of the finished product.
